Collect your summit pass from the registration desk outside the Whiteley Ballroom on Level 2.
Tickets are not posted to people directly.

Are meals provided?

Yes. The Whiteley Ballroom’s foyer serves a buffet lunch with a selection of food and beverages.
Light refreshments are served during tea and coffee breaks.

The Amora Jamison Hotel is centrally located at 11 Jamison Street, Sydney CBD, near Wynyard Station, between York and George Streets, offering both self-parking (around $67/24hrs) and valet ($85/24hrs) through a partnered Care Park facility underneath the hotel with a 2.0M height clearance.

  • Extra Charges: Parking is often charged in 24-hour blocks; departing late can incur significant extra costs.

Amora Jamison, Sydney, will make every effort to cater for guests with the following dietary requirements at no extra charge (subject to compliance with notification period below): vegetarian, vegan, low gluten, lactose intolerant or allergies. Any other additional special meal requests will incur a 25% surcharge per person. Please note charges may also apply for religious requirements including but not limited to Kosher and Halal requests.

Any dietary requests received after 12pm three (3) standard business days prior to the Event will be subject to a $30.00 per person surcharge which must be paid prior to the event.

Additional special meals requested by guests during the event cannot be accommodated.
